Narsingh hits the target for the Netherlands

Luciano Narsingh has scored in the Netherlands 2-0 win against Turkey in a 2014 FIFA World Cup Qualifier yesterday.

New Netherlands coach Louis van Gaal axed various players from the UEFA EURO 2012 squad and he is looking forward to build a new team for the upcoming World Cup in Brazil.

Skipper Wesley Sneijder, Robin van Persie and Arjen Robben led the Dutch team in their first Qualifier and Player of Indian Origin Luciano Narsingh earned his first cap in an official FIFA match after representing the Dutch team in three international friendly matches.

The Netherlands took the lead through Robin van Persie in the 15th minute, while Luciano added a second goal in the dying moments of the game.

Luciano had an impressive game throughout the full 90 minutes he played and it seems like the highly-rated youngster could turn into one of the important players fo the Dutch team in the 2014 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers.
