East Bengal Club have won their 117th “NVD” IFA Shield 2013 semifinal match against arch-rivals Mohun Bagan AC in a dramatic penalty shoot-out on Sunday.
C.S Sabeet gave Mohun Bagan the lead in the 47th minute, while East Bengal levelled the score line moments before the final whistle when Andrew Barisic found the back of the net in the 87th minute.
Both sides didn’t net the winner in the extra-time and the semifinal needed a penalty shoot-out to find a winner.
