Churchill Brothers arrive in Indonesia for AFC Cup tie

Churchill Brothers SC have arrived in Jayapura for their AFC Cup Group E match against Indonesia Super League (ISL) champions Persipura Jayapura.

The Churchill travelling group consists of 15 players and four team officials. Captain Dharmaraj Ravanan did not travel with the squad to Indonesia after an injury he picked up during Churchill’s I-League match against Mohun Bagan AC. Cristian Lagos will also miss the match due to a bout of good poisoning.

The AFC Cup match will take place at the Mandala Stadium in Jayapura on February 25. Referee Win Cho from Myanmar will be in charge of the game scheduled to kick-off at 16.00 local time (12.30 IST / 08.00 CET / 07.00 GMT).

Singapore’s Home United FC will travel to the Maldives to face New Radiant SC in the second match of the day in Group E.
