Mohammedan Sporting Club will be playing their third match of the ongoing U-18 I-League, as they host Sports Authority of India (East Zone) tomorrow at the Mohammedan Sporting ground on the Kolkata Maidans.

Coached by Susanta Guha, Mohammedan Sporting colts began their campaign with narrow 0-1 defeat against United SC. However, the team bounced back to the winning ways against Southern Samity and now facing SAI Susanta Guha made it clear that he wants nothing but consistency in performance from the team.

“We played some good football against Southern Samity but also missed a lot of chances. We need to learn from every game and improve going forward,” said Guha.

SAI (East Zone), on the other hand, started off with a surprise 1-0 win over East Bengal Club, before going down to Mohun Bagan AC in their next game. Thus the Sankar Ghosh-led side will be eager to bounce back to winning ways which mean the third round Kolkata Zone encounter has enough potential to be a fascinating encounter.

The match at the Mohammedan Sporting ground kicks off at 14.00 IST on Tuesday afternoon.
