Futbo, previously known as Infootball, and Minerva Punjab FC have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on March 28, 2017 to work together for the betterment of football in India and push the message of the beautiful game to more Indians.
Futbo is the number one app for I-League and Indian football on Google Play Store. The app aims to push football to mobile enabled Indians and work at a grassroots level for better packaging of the game.
Minerva Punjab FC has one of the best grassroots programs in the country and the biggest residential football training academy in India. Recently, six players from the Minerva Punjab Junior team were selected for the Under-17 national squad, who will take part in the 2017 FIFA U-17 World Cup that will be held in India in October 2017.
