India U-17 gear up to face Mexico U-17 in Torneo de 4 Naciones

The Indian U-17 World Cup Squad will lock horns against Mexico U-17s in the first match of the Torneo de 4 Naciones at Centro de Alto Rendimiento in Mexico City, Mexico tomorrow (August 3, 2017). The kick-off for which is slated for 20.30 IST.

The Tournament which features four teams including India will see the Indian Colts square off against the U-17 Teams of Mexico, Colombia and Chile. The Indian U-17 national team will be locking horns against Mexico on August 3 before facing Colombia on August 4 and Chile on August 6.

As part of All India Football Federation’s (AIFF) efforts to field a strong team in the first ever FIFA World Cup to be hosted by India, the FIFA U-17 World Cup India 2017, AIFF has provided the Indian U-17 World Cup Squad with exposure trips.

The Indian U-17 team were given an exposure trip of Europe wherein they faced Club and National Teams. With less than 100 days to go for the FIFA U-17 World Cup India 2017, the AIFF is leaving no stone unturned to provide maximum exposure to the Indian U-17 World Cup Team.

India has been drawn in Group A of the FIFA U-17 World Cup India 2017 alongwith USA, Colombia and Ghana. The FIFA U-17 World Cup India 2017 kicks-off on October 6, 2017.
