Hero Indian Super League (ISL) team NorthEast United FC have returned to their base in Guwahati on Saturday after spending two weeks in Antalya, Turkey for their Pre-Season Camp. Coached by Portuguese João de Deus, the Highlanders played six friendly matches in Turkey.

Team captain for the 2017-18 season Robert Lalthlamuana expressed his views about the pre-season camp, “I think the camp went very well. We improved a lot from our first match that we played this season. We are prepared to face Jamshedpur FC because we played a lot of competitive matches in Turkey.”
