Chennaiyin FC’s U-15 team defeated Mahogany FC by a resounding 7-0 margin in an U-15 Youth League match played at the SSN College Ground today.

CFC dominated proceedings throughout, leading 4-0 at half-time courtesy goals from J. Jaya Ruban, Raul Palin, Harsha Vardhan and an own-goal. The second-half saw CFC pile more misery on their opponents, with Mathew Stalin, U. Yogesh and Devadath finding the back of the net.

This result now means Chennaiyin FC have completed the double over Mahogany FC in the U-15 Youth League, having beaten them 8-1 in the corresponding fixture on November 2. The CFC boys also registered their fourth successive win in the league, having downed Chennai City FC 5-1 in their previous outing.

The CFC U-15 boys will now be looking to carry their fine form and goal-scoring touch into the next game against the Chennai City FC U-15s on December 14.
