Mohammedan Sporting Club’s Hony. Football Secretary Mr. Sharique Ahmed, has issued an appeal to the Black Panthers faithful, urging them to get behind the team as they prepare for the forthcoming 2018/19 Calcutta Premier Division ‘A’.

Mr. Ahmed has asked Mohammedan SC fans to be at the best behaviour during and after the match, regardless of the outcome.

“We are aware that there is a sense of unhappiness due to a lack of positive results and the drought of trophies in recent seasons,” said Mr. Ahmed.

“The management and technical staff are working hard to improve our play and change our fortunes. It is important for our supporters to understand that as management, we are listening to their concerns and share the pain.”

“Everybody at the club is working to the best of their ability to bring success on the field and joy to the fans.” he added further.

Mohammedan Sporting will open their campaign in 2018/19 Calcutta Premier Division ‘A’ against Food Corporation of India (FCI) on August 5, 2018 at Mohammedan Sporting Ground.
