The Palestine national team has reached Kochi for the international friendly match against India on February 6.

The Palestine 18 players [+ read more] and six official reached the city on a Qatar Airway flight which reached the Nedumbassery International Airport at 03.00 IST in the early morning.

Kerala Football Association (KFA) officials welcomed the team at the airport and went on to the team hotel.

The Palestine team will have a first practise session at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium at 16.00 IST.

Meanwhile, the team met the Representative of India to Palestine B.S. Mubarak before they departed for India. B.S. Mubarak was welcomed by Palestinian Football Association (PFA) President Jibril Rajoub at the Faisal Al-Husseini International Stadium in Al-Ram, West Bank [+ read more].
