The 2013 Dr T. Ao Football Tournament kicked-off in Shillong today.
The prestigious tournament featuring the state teams of Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Nagaland, Manipur, Meghalaya, Sikkim and Tripura are eying the final on March 27.
