TSG 1899 Hoffenheim star Kevin Volland entered the record books when he scored the fastest goal in Bundesliga history in Hoffenheim’s 1-2 defeat to FC Bayern Munich on Saturday.
Volland put the ball past Manuel Neuer only 9 seconds into the game to equal Karim Bellarabi record. Bellarabi hit the target for Bayer 04 Leverkusen against Borussia Dotmund after 9 second on August 23, 2014. But the official Bundesliga timekeeping has timed that Volland found the back of the net 0.3 seconds earlier than Bellarabi.
