India youth coach Nicolai Adam has announced the India U-16 national team squad for the upcoming AIFF Youth Cup 2016. The inaugural edition of the five-nation tournament will start in Goa on Sunday (May 15).

The Indian team will kick-off its campaign against Malaysia U-16 on May 15, before they continue against Tanzania U-17 on May 17, the United States U-17 on May 19 and Korea Republic U-17 on May 23.

The 3rd Place Match and the Final will take place on May 25. All the league stage and knock out matches will be played at the Tilak Maidan in Vasco, Goa.

The AIFF Youth Cup is an initiative to give the Indian team quality exposure ahead of the 2016 AFC U-16 Championship Finals and the FIFA U-17 World Cup India 2017.
