India drawn to Group B of AFC Women’s Asian Cup Qualifiers 2018

The Indian Senior Women’s National Team was drawn in Group B of the 2018 AFC Women’s Asian Cup Qualifiers at the draw ceremony in Amman, Jordan on January 21, 2017.

The Indian Women have been clubbed alongside Korea Republic, Uzbekistan, Hong Kong and hosts for the qualifying round DPR Korea.

The AFC Women’s Asian Cup Qualifiers kick-off from April 3, 2017 for the Indian contingent when the ‘Women in Blue’ face hosts DPR Korea in their first match, before clashing swords with Korea Republic and Uzbekistan on April 5 and April 7 respectively. The Indian eves will face Hong Kong in their last match of the qualifying campaign on April 11.

The group winners from the group will qualifying to the final stage of the AFC Women’s Asian Cup which will be held in Jordan in 2018.

India’s fixtures in the AFC Women’s Asian Cup Qualifiers:
April 3: DPR Korea vs India
April 5: India vs Korea Republic
April 7: Uzbekistan vs India
April 11: India vs Hong Kong
