Turkey U-17 head coach Mehmet Hacıoğlu has announced his 21-member squad for the FIFA U-17 World Cup India 2017.

The core squad consists of players from Galatasaray and Altınordu, while other players such as Germany-based Berk Çetín (Borussia Mönchengladbach), Umut Güneş (VfB Stuttgart), Malik Karaahmet (Karlsruher SC) and Ahmed Kutucu (FC Schalke 04) complete the squad.

The Turkish U-17 national team is scheduled to leave for Doha on September 18 (19.35 local time) for their final preparation camp ahead of the FIFA U-17 World Cup. Turkey will play two friendly matches in Doha, before they depart from Doha to Mumbai on September 25 (20.30 local time).

Turkey will face New Zealand (October 6), Mali (October 9) and Paraguay (October 12) in Group B matches. The group stage matches will be played at the DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai.
