India U-17 Women’s coach Shukla Dutta: Ready to face Brazil and China

After the Indian U-17 Women’s National Team tasted a 1-3 defeat against Russia in the BRICS U-17 Football Tournament, Head Coach Shukla Dutta stated that the players would try their best to win the remaining matches.

The Indian Women participating in the BRICS U-17 Football Tournament in Johannesburg, South Africa had lost their first match against the hosts and will now face Brazil and China next on July 21 and July 22 respectively.

“Our next opponents are tough and we all know the prowess they posses, but the players will try their best to win the matches”, Shukla Dutta said. “We will play to win and we are ready to face them.”

“The Players are not mentally scared of superioir opponents and are infact relishing the opportunity to cause an upset. They know how to play against physically strong opponents and are raring to go.”
