Dempo Sports Club is delighted to announce the signing of Pratesh Shirodkar. The club and the midfielder have agreed on a deal until the end of the current season with an option to extend the contract for the next one.

Pratesh Shirodkar’s career began with SESA Football Academy, not far from Dempo’s Football Academy setup at Ella. After graduating he went on to play for Sporting Clube de Goa, Mumbai City FC and even FC Goa, where he won the Indian Super Cup in the 2019 season.

The Eagles who are just one point of the pace from poll position in the Goa Professional League rankings will be given a massive boost to their morale as the combative former Indian Super League and I-League midfielder joins them having already amassed a considerable amount of playing time under his belt.

The deal is subject to medical and all regulatory processes. Pratesh Shirodkar will be included in the rooster that will face Salgaocar FC on 11th January 2019 in the Goa Professional League.
