World1 Sports are pleased to announce an official partnership with global transfer platform Player LENS. With this agreement, W1 have become the exclusive advisors for Player LENS in India.

Aiming to bring efficiency to the player transfer market disrupted by the Covid-19 pandemic, Player LENS is a platform where football clubs can buy, sell, and loan players within a network of over 600 clubs in over 35 countries. The platform is also currently used by 10 of the 20 Premier League clubs, amongst other leagues and teams globally.

Unregistered players and free agents can also sign up on the platform to try and find a club, while registered FIFA Intermediaries can promote their players on the platform. Soon, Indian clubs will have free access to performance data, advanced analytics, and player videos on the platform to identify the perfect player for their requirements and budgets.

Lee Hemmings, Managing Director of Player LENS: “We are excited about our partnership with W1 in India. We have seen foreign players make an impact already and feel that we can bring further value to all clubs, across all professional leagues by promoting the best foreign talent who want to be part of an exciting stage of India’s football development.”

Vikram Rajkumar, Chief Operating Officer of World1 Sports, spoke about Player LENS helping ease the transition and movement of foreign players to and from the Indian market. “We at World1 Sports are delighted to partner with Player LENS for the Indian market. We believe Player LENS is a reliable tool for clubs to conduct their transfer dealings in an orderly manner. The platform will also provide stakeholders with relevant technical information, to allow everyone involved to take better, informed calls when it comes to selecting players that are the right fit,” Rajkumar expressed.
