Kerala Premier League gets underway with high-scoring matches

The Ramco Kerala Premier League 2020/21 has kicked-off on Saturday, March 6 & 7 with four exciting fixtures.

Kerala United FC opened their campaign with a 3-0 win against Kovalam FC at the Maharajas College Ground in Ernakulam. Bujair Valiyattu (2x) and Mousoof Naisan scored the goals for Kerala United.

Luca Soccer Club also registered a 3-0 win against FC Kerala in the second match of the inaugural day.

The KPL continued with two more fixtures on Sunday when Kerala State Electricity Board (KSEB) suffered a 1-0 defeat against Mar Athanasius Football Academy.

The B Team of Hero I-League side Gokulam Kerala FC kicked-off their KPL 2020/21 season with a convincing 3-0 win against SAT Tirur.
