Bayern Munich top the market value table

German giants FC Bayern Munich top the table of market values of the up-coming 2011/12 Bundesliga season. The numbers were released by popular online portal transfermarkt.de.

The 22-member Bayern Munich squad has a total market value of 317,900,000 Euros (461,025,000 US Dollars), while reigning Bundesliga champions Borussia Dortmund are ranked second with a value of 158,625,000 Euros (230,041,000 US Dollars) and a squad consisting of 29 players.

Each Bayern Munich player has an average value of 14,450,000 Euros (20,955,700 US Dollars) with players like Arjen Robben, Franck Ribéry, Bastian Schweinsteiger or Manuel Neuer being the top stars in the squad.

Bundesliga newcomers FC Augsburg are placed last in the list with a value of 28,975,000 Euros (42.020.100 US Dollars).
