India vs FC Bayern Munich press conference held

German Bundesliga giants FC Bayern Munich addressed the media in a press conference at the Leela Palace in New Delhi.

The Germans will take on the Indian national team with their full strength team including stars like Bastian Schweinsteiger, Frank Ribery, Arjen Robben, Manuel Neuer, etc. in a charity match at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Delhi on January 10. The match will be also the farewell game of legendary India skipper Baichung Bhutia.

The match has been entitled the “Audi Football Summit”. The German carmaker will be the sponsors and organizers of the match along with the All India Football Federation (AIFF).

The press conference took place in presence of former Bayern and Germany legend Paul Breitner, Kushal Das (AIFF General Secretary), Michael Perschke (Audi India MD) and Clemens Ollmert (Head of Marketing).

TEN Action+ will broadcast the match LIVE, while the Hindustan Times have been declared the official media partner. German TV channel SAT.1 will be also having broadcast of the match taking place in Delhi.

An official ticketing partner will be revealed next week.
