Netherlands coach Bert van Marwijk has called up 36 players into his preliminary UEFA EURO 2012 squad on Monday. Indian origin winger Luciano Narsingh is one of the players named by the Bondscoach.
Narsingh is currently playing for SC Heerenveen in the Dutch Eredivisie. The 21-year-old PIO earned his debut call-up to the senior national team, when the Netherlands played England in February 2012.
The players will get together for a first training seassion at Hoenderloo from May 14-15, before a reduced squad of 27 players travel to Switzerland for the main preparation camp.
