Feyenoord star Harmeet Singh: India is my country

Indian origin footballer Harmeet Singh has been one of the most sought summer transfers in Europe and part of the “Indian Summer 2012” [+ read more] in European football. The talented midfielder has expressed his deep connection with India during an interview with “FIFA Futbol Mundial”.

The 21 year old Norwegian international joined Dutch club Feyenoord Rotterdam irrespective of the interest of clubs like Liverpool FC, Tottenham Hotspur and Hannover 96 [+ read more].

Harmeet was born and brought up in the Norwegian capital of Oslo to Indian parents and he has still a close link with the country of his parents like many PIO’s.

The youngster faced the “FIFA Futbol Mundial” team and he talked about his club career, the national team, India and his willingness to help Indian football.
