SEPT receive financial assistance from Government of Kerala

The Sports & Education Promotion Trust (SEPT) has received a financial assistance from the Directorate of  Sports & Youth Affairs, Government of Kerala.

Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy handed over a cheque worth Rs. 500,000 (5 lakh) to SEPT’s Chairman Arun K. Nanu at a function held at the Darbar Hall, Trivandrum.

The Government of Kerala would like to support SEPT and their aim to promote sports development in India with focus on football. Calicut-based SEPT was started in 2004 and they have 41 centres called “football nurseries” spread across eleven districts in Kerala.

Football fans, administrators, sponsors and well-wishers interested to support the great work by SEPT may have a look at the possibilities of a donation at www.itaspire.net/sept1/donate
