Successful Summer Football Camp ceases in Dehradun

The Uttarakhand State Football Referee Association & Dehradun Football Academy have successfully conducted a Summer Football Camp at the Marshall School Sports Field in Jogiwala, Dehradun.

A total of 60 youngsters took part in the one and a half week long camp. Chief coach V.S. Rawat and his assistant coaches Parveen Rawat, Vijay Negi, Navin Bautola and Mukesh Jugran exercised the boys and girls on various aspects of the game including nutrition, health and safety issues.

The Summer Football Camp concluded with a Closing Ceremony at the Marshall School Sports Field. Chief guest Anand Bahuguna, officer on special duty (OSD) to the chief minister of Uttarakhand, addressed the participants and the officials during the ceremony and he conveyed the support of the Uttarakhand Government to the Uttarakhand State Football Referee Association & Dehradun Football Academy.

The function was also attended by various guests of honour including Girish Chand Juyal (Owner, Marshall School), Devish Bahuguna (Senior Manager, Times of India) and many more.

The participants of the Summer Football Camp were awarded certificates and medals.
