India striker Robin Singh to spend a day with aspiring Delhi footballers

Indian national team striker Robin Singh will be spending a day at “My Angels Academy”, a non-profit football school for underprivileged youth, based out of Vikaspuri, New Delhi on June 22.

Robin, born and bought up in Noida, is a graduate of the renowned Tata Football Academy (TFA) and has returned home on the back of a successful I-League season with East Bengal Football Club. Robin had won Indian football fans’ hearts by scoring the decisive penalty against Cameroon in the Nehru Cup final in 2012.

Robin will be sharing his experiences of representing India at the international stage as well as giving tips to young budding footballers of tomorrow. The event will be open for public viewing.

The event will take place at the DDA Mini Football Ground, C Block, Vikaspuri, New Delhi at 10.00 IST.
