India v Pakistan – 17 wins from 30 matches

The Indian national team will face Pakistan in their first SAFF Championship 2013 match on Sunday.

Team India has played a total of 30 matches against the archrivals, while winning 17 games, drawing eight and losing five. India scored 45 goals in the 30 matches and Pakistan was able to score 23 goals.

The last meeting between these two sides took place in Kuala Lumpur on March 23, 2011, when India won an AFC Challenge Cup Qualifier 3-1 courtesy to a brace by Steven Benedic Dias and a goal by Jeje Lalpekhlua.
