India’s Shanavas named 2013 FIFA U-17 World Cup Logistics Manager

Shanavas C.K.P. has been appointed the Logistics Manager for the 2013 FIFA U-17 World Cup to be held in the United Arab Emirates from October 17 to November 8.

The Keralite is based in Dubai and he is the UAE co-ordinater of the Sports & Education Promotion Trust (SEPT).

The Logistics Manager has the duty to take care about the functional areas of Accreditation, Broadcast, ICT, Logistics, Media Operations, Security and Venue Dressing until the end of the tournament.

The 2013 FIFA U-17 World Cup will be played in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Al Ain, Sharjah, Ras al-Khaimah and Fujairah with 24 teams taking part in the tournament.
