India to play Nepal on November 19

India will take on neighbouring Nepal in an international friendly match on November 19.

Wim Koevermans’ team will face the Philippines on November 15, before they take on Nepal four days later.

Both matches will be played on FIFA matchdays and it will help the Indian team to gain new points for the FIFA World Ranking.

India and Nepal have played 14 matches at senior level with India having won 9 matches. Nepal have won three matches, while two matches ended in a draw.

Nepal won the clash between these two sides, when they defeat the Indian team 2-1 in a Group A match of the 2013 SAFF Championship in Kathmandu.
