Two Indian kids selecedt to train with Queens Park Rangers

Aman Gaikwad and Kamran Ansari have been selected to train with the Queens Park Rangers’ Academy in 2014.

The two Indian youngsters were able to impress the QPR coaches from amongst a total of 40 kids who had been chosen for the four day QPR Academy Camp 2013 for the 5th Milind Deora-South Mumbai Junior Soccer Challenger 2013 conducted by Richard Allen (Head of Academy, QPR) and David Baker (Head of Education, QPR).

Aman (Holy Name High School, Colaba) and Kamran (Antonio Desouza High School, Byculla) will travel to West London in the new year for a three week period.

According to Richard Allen both boys showed tremendous skills and temperament besides demonstrating a great positive attitude both on and off the field which made them stand out above the rest.

Milind Deora (South Mumbai, Member of Parliament & Honorable Minister of State, IT & Shipping) presided over the function and presented the winners jerseys to the two children who leave for the QPR Academy in April.
