The Organising Committee of the Lusofonia Games Goa 2014 have released a revised fixture list for the football tournament.
The football tournament will be just a five nation competition as Angola, Brazil, Cape Verde, East Timor, Equatorial Guinea, Guinea-Bissau and Portugal pulled out of the football event.
India, represented by its former Portuguese province Goa, will face Mozambique in Group B, while Macau, São Tomé and Príncipe and Sri Lanka will compete in Group A. The first and second placed teams in the two groups will advance to the semifinals.
Macau and Sri Lanka will play the opening match today, while Goa-India will be in action against Mozambique on Monday.
