India drops two spots in FIFA Women's World Ranking

The Indian Women’s national team has dropped two spots in the latest FIFA Women’s World Ranking released today.

India is now ranked 51st in the world and 11th in Asia with 1431 points to their account. The Indian team is flanked by Ghana (50th / 1459 points) and South Africa (52nd / 1430 points).

India remains the best team the South Asian (SAFF) region ahead of Nepal (101st), Bangladesh (107th), Sri Lanka (108th), the Maldives (111th), Pakistan (112th), Afghanistan (114th) and Bhutan (121st).

USA, Germany and Japan top the FIFA Women’s World Ranking, while France and Sweden complete the Top 5.
