Mohun Bagan sign Haitian international Sony Norde

Mohun Bagan AC have announced the signing of Haitian player Sony Norde as their fourth foreign recruit for the forthcoming football season.

The 24-year-old striker caught the eyes of the club with his prolific and mesmerizing performance for Bangladesh outfit Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club in the 118th IFA Shield Tournament.

He has also played for Mexican sides Estudiantes de Altamira and San Luis Fútbol Club B Team and famous Argentine side Club Atlético Boca Juniors.

Sony Norde has also represented the national team of Haiti at the Youth and Senior levels. He represented Haiti U-23 team at the 2008 CONCACAF Men’s Olympic qualification tournament and also the senior national side in the FIFA World Cup Qualifiers.
