Nike and AS Monaco unveil new Away Kit for 2014-15 Season

This season AS Monaco will wear a bold new away kit that reinvents their traditional blue away color celebrating their position on the coast and the nautical influence in the principality.

The new AS Monaco away shirt is now in two tones of blue to reflect the different shades of the ocean the principality overlooks.

The body of the shirt is in bold and bright electric blue, while the sleeves are in darker navy blue.

The shirt’s constructed v-neck collar is also in navy blue with a thick band at the back and a thinner trim at the front.

The red from AS Monaco’s home shirt is represented in a thin red band on each sleeve and a red section inside the back of the neck.

The shirt also boasts a dynamic and modern new club crest to symbolize this exciting new era in AS Monaco’s history.

While this new crest retains the red and white stripes from the Monaco flag and is topped with a crown to represent their proud status as a constitutional monarchy, the emblem now has a sharper new design with a vibrant and brighter gold border.

The club’s initials of ASM FC have been replaced with AS Monaco FC to boldly state their identity.

The new away shorts are navy blue with an electric blue stripe along each side, while the new away socks are electric blue with a navy blue band at the top and a wide navy blue stripe of chevrons on the back.

While this new kit features Nike’s signature design details, it also offers players the very latest in performance innovation, kit technology and environmental sustainability.
