Paul Breitner: China and India will be football powerhouses in 15 years

FC Bayern Munich brand ambassador Paul Breitner has expressed his belief that China and India will become football powerhouses in the next 15 years.

Talking at the sidelines of the Paulaner Cup 2014, the former Germany star said that he expects China and India to make an impact on the football pitch in the coming years. Breitner especially told he is keen to see the development in India and that he witness the talent during his regular tours to sub-continent for the FC Bayern Youth Cup.

The 1974 FIFA World Cup winner feels that the talent is there, but also urged the need to have proper training, youth development, coaches and infrastructure to reach the goals for the future.
