Smaaash Corporate Soccer League set to kick-off on Sunday

The 6th Smaaash Corporate Soccer League 2014 is set to kick off on Sunday, December 7, at the Western Railway Sports Ground, Mumbai.

The Smaaash Corporate Soccer League is part of the annual Smaaash Corporate Soccer Series 2014, which happens to be India’s largest Corporate Soccer Series 2014 with over 150 teams having participated so far. The event is co-sponsored by Castrol, Franklin Templeton and HDFC Bank and organized by Saran Sports.

Over 40 teams have been registered in this Championship which is going to be played on Sundays. The format is 5-a-side and each team comprises of 5 players and 3 substitutes. The matches shall be played on a League basis and each team is assured of playing seven matches.
