All India Football Federation (AIFF) General Secretary Kushal Das was inducted into the 2017 FIFA Under-17 World Cup Organising Committee in a FIFA Meeting in Zurich, Switzerland on Monday. India had won the bid to host the 2017 FIFA U-17 World Cup in late 2013.
Kushal Das had fruitful discussions with FIFA President Joseph S. Blatter and a host of other high ranking FIFA officials.
Meanwhile on the technical side, the India Under-14 national side has been training together at the AIFF Goa Academy since February 2013 and German national Nicolai Adam has been nominated as India’s coach for the mega event.
