AIFF and Punjab FA conduct Grassroot Session in Hoshiarpur

The Punjab Football Association (PFA) held an informative two-day session on Grassroots Development on February 21 and 22 at the JCT Sports Complex, Chohal in Hoshiarpur.

About 36 Grassroots Leaders, Members and Representatives from Grassroots Centers already practicing their trade in Punjab, attended this session.

Anjana Turambekar, AIFF Grassroots Instructor, conducted the session and explained the basic working of Grassroots centers and challenges of Grassroots Football. She also talked at length about the philosophy, objectives and benefits of Grassroots Football.

Deepak Kumar, Secretary, Punjab Football Association, expressed his delight to adopt the AIFF Grassroots Development Plan in the State of Punjab.
