Nepal national team arrives in Guwahati to face India

The Nepal national team has arrived in Guwahati for the 2018 FIFA World Cup and 2019 AFC Asian Cup Preliminary Joint Qualification Round 1 against India.

The visitors arrived in the city in two batches from Kolkata today. The team had to travel in two different grops due to ticketing problems.

The All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) had originally planned to conduct a two-day training camp in Kolkata, but they cut short their stay in the “City of Joy”.

India will host Nepal in the home leg on March 12, while both sides would clash in Kathmandu for the return leg on March 17.
