The Western India Football Association (WIFA) honored and felicitated All India Football Federation (AIFF) President Praful Patel on being inducted as the Vice-President of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) at The Cooperage Ground, Mumbai on Saturday (May 23, 2015).
The AIFF President was elected uncontested as the Asian Football Confederation’s Vice-President from the SAFF Region at the AFC Congress held in Bahrain, recently.
WIFA Vice-President, Malojiraje Chhatrapati and the managing committee members wished Patel luck and success for his new assignment with the Asian body.
