AIFF Grassroots Leaders Course held in Kochi

The All India Football Federation (AIFF) conducted a three day Grassroots Leaders Course in Kochi, Kerala from October 24-26, 2015.

30 participants, over the course of the sessions indulged in theoretical and practical contents aimed to tutor them in the Grassroots philosophy, whist enabling them to conduct training session for the young kids. The Course was conducted by AIFF’s Grassroots Instructor Anjana Turambekar.

The Grassroots Leaders Course was concluded with a Grassroots Festival wherein 50 kids participated and indulged in various footballing activities.

P. Anil Kumar, General Secretary, Kerala Football Association (KFA), acknowledged the success of the Course and said, “The participants now need to implement the knowledge that they have gained.”

“Kerala Football Association is committed to produce more Grassroots Coaches and Leaders in the State with the help of AIFF”, he added.
