Taking a step towards the quest to extend the horizons of Women’s Football in India, the All India Football Federation (AIFF) in association with the Goa Football Development Council (GFDC) organized a FIFA Live Your Goals Grassroots Leadership Course in Goa from July 19-21, 2016.

25 Women Coaches participated in the informative leadership course and were tutored in the AIFF’s Grassroots Philosophy to identify and develop talent at the Grassroots Level.

The course was conducted by Maymol Rocky in supervision of GFDC Technical Incharge Derryl D’Souza and more than 80 girls participated in the Grassroots Festival which commenced on the July 21, 2016.

The girls engaged in various footballing activities engineered by the participants of the aforementioned course.
