Hero Indian Super League partners with Sportradar’s Integrity Services

As a part of its commitment to ensuring a fair and clean tournament, Football Sports Development Limited – the promoter of Hero Indian Super League (ISL) announced that its third season of 2016 will be overseen by Sportradar’s Integrity Services who will monitor international betting markets for suspicious betting and assist in any potential investigation work.

The Hero Indian Super League will kick off from 1st October 2016 and will whittle down eight teams from across India to two finalists who will play for the trophy on 18th December 2016.

Speaking about the new partnership, Hero Indian Super League spokesperson said: “Hero Indian Super League continues to go from strength to strength and by bringing Sportradar on board, we have highlighted our commitment to the integrity of our league and we look forward to another exciting competition..

Andreas Krannich, Sportradar’s Managing Director for Integrity Services added: “Following our extended partnership with the AFC, this cooperation is a special one, allowing us to work with such a vibrant league that is pivotal to growing the sport in the subcontinent. It is wonderful to see a league so proactive and committed to integrity”.

Sportradar Integrity Services have partnerships with some of the world’s key football stakeholders, such as UEFA, AFC, CONCACAF, MLS, Federação Paulista de Futebol as well as of course the ISL. Altogether, Sportradar monitors over 230 football leagues and competitions worldwide.
