Orange Army fans welcome FC Pune City players amidst boisterous cheering

The Rajesh Wadhawan Group and Hrithik Roshan co-owned Indian Super League (ISL) outfit FC Pune City team returned to Pune, their home base, from their four-week pre-season training camp in Madrid, Spain earlier in the morning.

The team, which landed in Mumbai in the wee hours of the morning, were escorted into the city of Pune from the Mumbai-Pune Expressway end until Hinjewadi by over 150 Orange Army fan members.

The Orange Army fans formed a convoy in front of the bus and the players and staff were welcomed in traditional Puneri fashion, amidst dhol, tashas and tutaris. Additionally, many fans were waiting at the team hotel to catch a glimpse of their favourite players welcoming the players with flares, smoke bombs and loud chanting.
