AIFF Grassroots Leaders Course conducted in Solapur

As part of the State Development Plan to harness football in the respective states and build a stable grassroots football ecosystem, the Western India Football Association (WIFA) along with Hero Indian Super League (ISL) club Mumbai City FC conducted the AIFF Grassroots Leaders Course in Solapur, Maharashtra.

The Grassroots Leaders Course, which is engineered to tutor participants in the philosophy of grassroots football, kicked-off on November 12, 2016 and concluded on November 14, 2016 with Dinesh Nair being the Course Instructor.

51 candidates participated in the three day course and organized a Grassroots Festival at the end of the Course which saw more than 300 kids indulging in various footballing activities engineered by the participants.
