UEFA Champions League Final Cardiff 2017
The UEFA Champions League Round of 16 draw ceremony took place in Nyon, Switzerland on Monday.
The teams were divided into two seeding pots, one consisting of group winners and the other of runners-up, while the tournament regulations ensured that no team woukd play a club from their group or any side from their own association in the Round of 16.
The seeded group winners will start their Round of 16 campaign with away games in the first legs on February 14/15 and 21/22, while the return matches will be played on March 7/8 and 14/15.
Defending champions Real Madrid will take on SSC Napoli, while losing finalists Atlético Madrid travel to Germany to play Bayer 04 Leverkusen.
Bundesliga giants FC Bayern Munich and Arsenal will face each other in the “UEFA Champions League Clásico”. Paris Saint-Germain will play host to FC Barcelona in another mouth-watering fixture.
The UEFA Champions League 2016-17 final is scheduled to take place at the Millenium Stadium in Cardiff, Wales on June 3, 2017.
