The Football Association of Odisha (FAO) condoles the death of Niranjan Lenka, former Secretary of Chauliaganj Club.
Lenka passed away around 4.00 am today at his residence in Chauliaganj after a prolonged illness. He is survived by his wife, a son and three daughters.
Lenka was very a famous football administrator and sports organizer of high repute in the city of Cuttack.
Sanjay Behera, Honorary Secretary, FAO said, “At this hour of crisis we all pray the almighty to give strength and courage to the grief stricken family. May his soul rest in peace.”
“I on behalf of Football Association of Odisha express our deep condolence on the sad and untimely demise of Mr. Niranjan Lenka,” Behera concluded.
