FC Bayern Munich sign Germany international Serge Gnabry

FC Bayern Munich have agreed the transfer of Serge Gnabry from SV Werder Bremen. Gnabry, 21, will sign a three-year contract at FC Bayern.

Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, FC Bayern Munich chairman, declared: “We’re pleased that in Serge Gnabry another young German international is coming to FC Bayern. Serge has developed a lot at Bremen.”

Serge Gnabry said: “It’s a great honour to become part of FC Bayern. It’s going to be an exciting time and one that I’m very much looking forward to.”

Gnabry scored 11 goals for Werder last season and was the top scorer at the 2016 Olympics in Brazil as he helped Germany to win the silver medal.
