AIFF Grassroots Leaders Course conducted in West Bengal

The All India Football Federation (AIFF) in association with Indian Football Association (IFA), conducted a Grassroots Leaders Course in Gangadharpur, West Bengal from June 9-11, 2017.

35 Grassroots Coaches from West Bengal of which 6 were women participated in the Course conducted by AIFF Grassroots Instructors. The Course was designed to entrench the participants in AIFF’s Grassroots philosophy in tune with FIFA and AFC’s Grassroots policy.

Through practical and theory sessions the participants got to know the importance of Grassroots football and the methods to develop children in football in their region. The participants also learned the significance of organizing baby leagues.
