Competition regulations have also made all team coaches to have the AIFF Grassroots Leaders Certification to be eligible for registration in the aforementioned competitions. The AIFF Grassroots Policy focuses on children aged six to twelve and it is crucial that the Grassroots Coaches involved at this level have the necessary tools and education to understand their role.
